Putting up Solar Panels

Hardworking Hippie putting up panels

My name is Jared and together with my wife Luci and our son Jaimie, we have moved to the South of France to fix up an old stone farmhouse.

We have set aside one year and will be doing most of the renovations on a very restricted budget.  Building our own solar panels was the only way that we could afford to have them, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

Since building the panels, we have had so many people from back home and locally who have asked us about them.  There were so many questions and we were spending a lot of time just telling people the same thing over and over again.  Luci decided we should build a website to send people to.

Of course we will make a commission if anyone takes our advice and decides to build their own using the same plans that we used, so we want everyone to be aware of that.  It helps us to cover the costs of building and as the commission come in, we’ll add to our solar panel array, generating more clean, renewable energy for our home – so thank you.

Over the last eight months, we’ve done quite a bit of research and this is a summery of all that we have learnt.  We hope you find it useful.

Thanks for visiting and here’s to making free energy for your home.
